Sarah Lemire is an award-winning writer, health & lifestyle editor, and humor columnist who has written for the New York Daily News, The Daily Meal, The Active Times, Los Angeles Times, and Chicago Tribune. She also writes for the Hartford Courant, Hartford Magazine, Connecticut Voice magazine, Seasons Magazines, and the Hartford Business Journal.

Hundreds of her stories appear in print and online, covering a broad range of topics including lifestyle, travel, food, fashion, family, weddings, home, health, wellness, aging, and current events.

Her latest book, I Could Have Been a Hand Model & Other Stories I Tell My Therapist (Woodhall Press) will be released in the fall of 2020.
